- Content strategy: Plan, create and manage sustainable content that meets both client and user needs.
- Collaborate across disciplines: I work with designers, researchers and product owners to solve UX problems through design thinking.
- Project management: For some projects, I double up as a project lead/manager. I lead the design thinking process and help my team to prioritise tasks, adapt to changes, deepen relationships with clients, and collaborate with partners.

- Content consultancy: Planned and produced digital and print content including website copy, multimedia stories, marketing copy, magazines, annual reports and coffee table books.
- Project management: Juggled competing timelines, managed editorial budgets, sourced and worked with external partners.
